    This story is about a teacher named Mrs. Thompson and her student Teddy. At first, Mrs. Thompson dislikes Teddy because he is always dirty and smells strange. However, she later learns about Teddy's difficult home life and realizes she misjudged him. Even though Mrs. Thompson is no longer his teacher, Teddy treats her with love and respect. He works hard in school and achieves high grades. The story teaches that teachers play an important role as second parents and that people should not be judged before understanding their circumstances. It also shows how a caring teacher can help a student succeed despite challenges.

    Three Letters from Teddy

    (Make a Difference)
    BY: ELIZABETH SILANCE BALLARD When I watch this story, I was touched and amazed because of the inspiring moment that happens in this story. It gives so many lessons to everyone that can be adopting not only in this story but also in our real life. This story is all about the teacher and a student that gain a good companion to each other. Like the other relationship between the teacher and student before they gain a good companion to each other, at first Mrs. Thompson feels she dislike Teddy because he always see Teddy dirty not just occasionally but all the time. His hair hung low over his ears, and he actually had to hold it out of his eyes as he wrote his papers in class. He had also a peculiar odor that Mrs. Thompson could never identify. But then again all of this bad expression change, when Mrs. Thompson knows the life of Teddy. He admits to herself that she made a fault in judging the personality of Teddy. Even though Teddy knows that Mrs. Thompson dislikes him he still treats. Mrs. Thompson as his mother, when Mrs. Thompson realize what her fault, she give attention in teaching teddy so that teddy make a high grades even though Mrs. Thompson is not already his teacher. Even though there are many challenges that come in life of teddy, he never gives up but instead he takes it as a challenge that makes him a better person. Because of Mrs. Thompson he experience the love and care that he didnt feel to his parents. I learned Teddy's experience will not yield to any temptation in our lives and the cynicism of those around us. We appreciate and cherish the teachings of our teachers. Love and respect our teachers as our parents. Teacher is very important to us because they act as our second parent. They have a big role in our success someday because of the lesson that they share to us.
