DESCRIPTION OF THE LEARNER: The client is a pregnant mother. She has no hearing problems, eye problems and her speech is intact and clear. She speaks and understands English, Tagalog and Ilocano. LEARNING NEED: Knowledge regarding immunization. LEARNING DIAGNOSIS: Knowledge deficit regarding immunization related to lack of exposure to information. GOAL: The client will be able to gain more knowledge regarding immunization.
Behavioral Objectives After 15-20 minutes of health teachings, the client will be able to: a. Explain immunization through her own words.
