Sub.: CPWS Scheme to Alair Gundala and Rajapeta Mandals in Nalgonda district necessary permissions required RegWe would like to inform your good self that surveying of entire scheme has been completed and submitted to department officials for finalizing the working estimate and fixing of levels for construction of structures We have supplied the 10 Kms of 300 mm D.I K-9 pipes after receipt of excise exemption certificate on Dt 26.08.2011. The laying and jointing of pipeline under progress. We may inform you that the above pipe line is passing all along the road boundaries of R&B department for which permission from the R&B department is required. Hence you are requested to kindly arrange the necessary permissions. You are aware that we have concluded the agreement on 28 May -2011 and till date we could not get the site clearance for construction of structures. We therefore, request you to kindly finalize the hydraulic statement and approval of revised working estimate to avoid further delay in work.
