1. The video Resume Tips that Work says to draft your resume with employer needs in mind. What skills have you identified that employers in your targeted career want? (Please indicate your targeted career.) I havent decided between Human Resources and OMPA but a big thing that would be important for both is effective communication, able to interact with others and the ability to be able to map out tasks before hand.

2. List three changes you have made to your resume as a result of viewing the first video, Resume Tips That Work by InterviewMastermind. a. Wording (making it sound more hypnotic) b. Chronological order c. Make the resume look different but still easy to read 3. The video How to Write a Great Resume states the third step to writing a great resume is to know what makes you great. List the skills that set you apart from your competition. If you look at my resume you can see that I am balance in the life triangle. That means my life isnt just about school, or work or my social life. I think being able to show that I can juggle all these different areas shows that I value having a balanced life style, making me a more stable employee

4. List three changes you have made to your resume as a result of viewing the second video, How to Write a Great Resume by Catherine Byers Breet. I made changes that improved what made me great. I took out all the extra skills that I had to just what I felt were more desiredskills I added extra information about what makes me great for example, what I did during orientation week I made my current job look more valuable then just serving tables to explain all that you must do in order to serve food in the job industry
