Dear Mr. Mulert: Normally when I have placed an order from Pizza Hut, the food has been of good quality and I have received excellent service. I recently placed an order for delivery at one of your locations on 2075 John F. Kennedy Road in Dubuque, Iowa. Unfortunately, when I placed the order this time that was not what I experienced. I ordered my pizza at about 5 p.m. and didnt end up receiving it until 7:30 p.m. During my waiting time, I ended up calling the Pizza Hut location on John F. Kennedy Road three or four times trying to figure out when I was going to receive my pizza. The employees gave me no reason for the delay and did not offer an apology for the poor service I was receiving. Pizza Hut did offer to give my money back, but considering that this was my dinner and it was getting late, I decided to wait for the delivery. When the pizza was finally delivered, it was in poor quality. The pizza was cold, looked undercooked, and unappetizing. I think it was disgraceful that the only thing your employees offered was my money back. Not only was I troubled horribly by your employees, but your pizza was also in poor quality. Your employees provided no incentive for how bad your service was and I will no longer be a customer. It is my hope that you can improve greatly from this experience and improve your customer service greatly. If not, I know more customers will be following my lead of not coming back to your establishment.
