Research Research the idea and understand my target audience. Half Term Get pitch ready for next week, and relating paperwork i.e. Research, storyboard etc. PITCH Pitch my idea to the commissioners. PPW All call sheets, risk assessments, recce checklists, contingency plans, etc. to be created during this tim Filming 1,2,3 I have several locations to film, and these three days will be used to shoot the footage. Contingency Filming I plan to do some intensive filming during this week, most being outdoors, so I have set as Filming 4 Actors needed for testimonials, photography studio with green screen. Edit 1,2,3,4 This will mostly putting the video together. Audio (1) This will be for the voice over. Audio (2) This will be for finding and inserting appropriate music/ backing track for the video. Edit 5 Make the whole video run smoothly & get video ondo disk for first viewing. Viewing (1) Receive feedback on video ready to adapt accrordingly - as long as clint is happy with adaptations. Edit 6 and 7 Act on feedback recieved and improve the video where necessary. Contingency Editing Extra time (if needed) to get the piece finished to a professional standard before the dead
