Everyday, he goes around and sees that the town in clean. He visits the market almost daily and ispects the stalls. The stalls must be clean. If he finds any stall that is dirty, he tells the owner to clean it. clogged. Now, he and his friends are visiting a restaurant along the main road. He is asking the restaurant owner some questions about the clogged drain. His friends are inspecting the drain and one of them is pointing to the rubbish in the drain. A few people are watching Encik Amran and the restaurant owner. Some customers are eating and having their drinks. After this, Encik Amran will write a report and send workers to clear the drain. He and his friends will then visit the market. He wants to make sure that the town is clean.
