So as to avail fresh finance from the said corporation for giving loan to the other intending member of the society. As per terms and condition of Registered Mortgage Bond executed by you for the loan, you are liable to pay the entire loan outstanding with interest & other charges as detailed below due to default in payment of regular kisti dues. So please take notice to pay the following dues within 10(Ten) days from the date of receipt of this notice falling which necessary legal action shall be taken against you in the proper court of Law as per provision of O.C.S.
