This post will offer an excellent opportunity to provide an efficient and knowledgeable specialist service to all categories of staff in a range of departments and to external bodies. This will involve the administration of a full range of HR policies and procedures including recruitment and selection matters. This post sits within the HR Operations Team working within the Professional Services- focussed team providing a full HR service through a business engagement model. The post offers an opportunity to work across the HR spectrum as part of an award winning HR Department. You will have 5 GCSE passes at Grade C or above including Maths and English (or equivalent experience) and have previous experience of using electronic HR/Payroll systems. In addition, the successful applicant will possess excellent communication and IT skills together with the essential qualities of tact and confidentiality. An awareness of wider HR/employment issues, experience and knowledge of relevant legislation such as data protection would be advantageous, along with the ability to produce high volumes of work with speed and accuracy.
