ABSTRACT

Internship or Practical in Industry in Bogor Chemical Analyst High School is one of curriculums program to create high quality chemical analyst. Internship implementation is fully assisted by the government institutions and industrial companies related to chemistry. The aim of internship is to prepare graduates to be middle-level manpower in the field of laboratory technician in chemical analysis, and to continue to pursue higher degrees. Verification is a performance test of standard method. Verification is done on a standard method before it is applied in the laboratory. In the verification method, the performance to be tested is the test accuracy and precision. Two of these are the most minimal thing to do in the verification of a method. A precise method is not a guarantee that the method is said to be exact. The method is verified on the Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) with ASTM D1252, Photometri SQ-118, and EPA 410.3, Salinity with Standard Methods 16th Edition and Horiba U-10, and Dissolved Oxygen in Yodometri with SNI 06-6989.14-2004 . Conducted t tests and F tests on each method and the result is all of these methods same with the standard, so all the method that conduct verification is valid.
