16. 17. 18. 19. 20. 21. 22. Are you always here? If you are not always here, how do you know? Are you always any sensation/thought/appearance? Are you always happy? Are you always sad? Are you always worried? Are you always afraid? Are you always contracted? Are you always expanded? Have you ever been missing? On the best day and the worst day of your life, were you there? Is the truth something you can have at one moment and not have at the next? If so, could it really be the truth? Does it make sense to you that the truth is something that could be lost? If the truth can come and go, what is the thing that knows that, and does that come and go? Are you here now? Is this enough? If this is not enough, what is missing? Can you find what is missing? If you can, is it missing? If you cannot, how do you know it is missing? What do you think you are? Do you think it has something to do with feeling good all the time? Can you lose a good feeling? If you can lose a good feeling, is a good feeling what you are? Can you lose you?

Answer each question slowly, from the heart. Chew them. Really take your time, listen, and answer as honestly as you can. Dont expect anything to happen. Simply notice that you are and let this obvious existing be as it is.
