Process Paper Germany intrigues me for its carmakers and famous modern architecture.

Seeing Germany being separated one side belonging to the Soviet Union is hard to imagine for me. I decided to do the fall of the Berlin Wall for this years National History Day because it was an event that Reunified Germany after 28 years of division. I first started my research at my schools library. The librarian helped me find a plethora of books that had to do with my subject. Then I went to the internet to search for websites that related to my topic using the Google search engine. I decided to create a website because that would be the best category to explain my topic effectively. Weebly was a great tool in laying out how I wanted to represent my topic to the viewer. I added video clips to my site to make my topic come alive for the viewer. History Days theme, Turning Points in History, ties in with my topic of the fall of the Berlin Wall. When the Berlin Wall was torn down in November 9, 1989, it became a turning point in history causing the Soviet Union to collapse; it reunited the families and brought reunification in Germany in October 3, 1990. After the Berlin Wall came down the reunification brought peace and hope to the people of Germany.
