She transitioned on the job in October 2005 and is a founding member of New York Lifes LGBT employee resource group. An activist and advocate for transgender rights both in and out of the workplace Stephanie serves on the Board of Directors of both the LGBT Community Center of New York and the Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund and on the Transgender Advisory Committee of Out & Equal. Stephanie is a proud graduate of UCLA Anderson School of Managements LGBT Leadership Institute.
