TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Peder Waern started his internship at Atlas Copco Services Middle East at the Dubai office on 16th of September 2012 until 21st of December 2012. Work tasks Peder Waern worked on below areas in a good manner and contributed with strategic and efficient solutions. Worked with development of the key areas of Logistics function and processes in close contact and cooperation with the Logistics department, which included: Comprehensive analyses and evaluation of key figures, cost validations and process overviews such as: Purchase Sales order cancellation processes Stock efficiency and allocation Validating the data and calculation of Key figure in our ERP system.

As a result of his dedication and efforts, new improved processes have been implemented for stock allocation and changes have been done in our EDI system which will increase stock efficiency. Peder showed good organisational skills and worked in a structured way and successfully managed involving colleagues from different departments to work with a committed fashion for common goals.
