I. OBJECTIVES At the end of the lesson, the students should be able to :
KNOWLEDGE Identify the basic tools needed based on the given prototype. SKILLS ATTITUDES Appreciate the appearance of font effects when applied on a particular word.

Demonstrate paragraph

formatting using the spacing, left and right indent combination based on the given prototype. Insert Drop Cap feature based on the given prototype Insert pictures and apply picture formatting features based on the given specifications.

TASK 1: Initial Instructions Handover the Xerox copy and double

check the positions of symbol to where you will hit the ENTER Key. Encode the necessary details.

TASK 2: Apply Basic Font Format and Paragraph Format

TASK 3: Insert Pictures and apply picture formatting

TASK 4: Align the pictures based on the given reference point

V. GENERALIZATION: Inserting pictures are not enough without aligning the pictures on the definite location Formatting features of pictures can be found in Format picture option if you right click on the picture itself. You can only move the pictures if you apply text wrapping tools available in the format picture option

VI. VALUING: Proper positioning of Insertion point is necessary in inserting a picture.
