Sir/Madam: Good Day! The LONGBOARD RINCONADA is a group for increasing the enthusiasm on current and future longboarders to celebrate the art of longboarding and get people connected over a common interest. In participation with the 2013 Tinagba Festival celebration, we would like to organize an event entitled,1st Tinagba Push Race and Slide Jam Competition with the aim to gather longboarders in the City of iriga and in the Bicol region to develop camaraderie and to encourage interested longboarders who are fairly competent to show their skills and talents in the said area of expertise. As the first ever major event and competition initiated by our group, we are humbly asking permission and your support by allowing us to conduct the said activity around the grounds of Iriga City proper on February 9, 2012 and at Barangay Sta. Maria, Iriga City at the same date starting 6:00 am to 10:00 am (push race) and 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (slide jam).And may we
request from your good office the use of City ambulance.
