SWORN STATEMENT OF JUSTO YOC SIAN I, JUSTO YOC SIAN, a native of Guatemala, hereby gives this Sworn Statement

on this day in order to demonstrate my satisfaction with the legal services given to me by Attorney Jorge Rivera and Immigration Group, LLC. I came into the United States illegally in 1999. In 2010, I came under an order of deportation. I went to seek the legal services of Attorney Jorge Riveras office. Also, I have a very ill child for which I could not obtain medical treatment in Guatemala. With much hard work and dedication from the Law Firm of Jorge Rivera, I am proud to say that I was granted a deferred action for us to remain in the United States so that my child can get proper medical attention in the United States. In addition, Attorney Riveras office filed a Stay of Deportation which was also granted. I want to make testimony through this Sworn Statement that it was through the excellent legal representation of Attorney Rivera and Immigration Group that I am now able to give my child the proper medical treatment and work legally in the United States. I am extremely satisfied with Attorney Rivera and Immigration Group LLC and would highly recommend them to my family, friends, and anyone in need of immigration legal representation. For these reasons, I would agree to give my testimony as to my satisfaction as mentioned above.
