PEPPER JEERA GRAVY: Mutton 1\2kg or chicken 1. oil 2. patta 1 small pc 3. jeeragam 1 tsp 4.

4. big onion 4 (cut it into small pcs) 5. tomato 2 6. green chilli - 1 7. chilli powder 1\2 tsp 8. turmeric powder 1\2 tsp 9. pepper powder 1 tsp 10. jeera powder 1\2 tsp 11. mutton 12. salt 13. coriander leaves Method: 1. add oil thn(2,3) 2. thn add (4,5,6) keep in low flame ,after getting fried add(7,8,9,10) 3. fry it till the raw smell goes off. 4. now add mutton ..add salt 5. add water to get cook..dont add 2much of water. 6. add water to the level of mutton in d pan.or less than it. Cook in low flame 7. cook it in low flame.add (13)

TOMATO MUTTON GRAVY:


Mutton 1\2 kg.or chicken 1. oil 1 tbsp 2. patta 1 pc 3. big onion 4 (cut it into small pcs) 4. tomato 4 or 3 5. chilli powder 1 1\2tsp 6. turmeric powder 1\2 tsp 7. mutton or chicken 8. salt 9. lemon juice 1 tsp(optional) 10. coriander leaves method: 1. add (1,2) 2. add (3,4)fry it in low flame 3. add (5,6)thn add (7,8) 4. add water to get cook 5. add(9,10)its optional. Note: *for these all tht is to get cook mutton or chicken ..dont add too much of water atonce.jst add to the correct level of the mutton or chkn in the pan or cooker.

* same procedur u can do in chicken also. * mutton will little more time to get cookchickn will get cook soon. * cook in low flame.(ie.aft adding mutton ) * if in pan, inbetween once mix it..so tht u knw d water level.
