BUNTINGFORD AND DISTRICT DARTS LEAGUE - COMPETITION DRAW - 2012/2013

Players must be present by 8.30pm for matches to start at 8.45pm prompt. Any player who is NOT present at the time of the draw will be prevented from playing. The steward has the right to decide if any grace time may be given to late arrivals. Steward will begin draw once all players are present. In all knockout competitions there will be a toss of a coin to decide who throws first, if a draw occurs then another coin toss will be required. Men's and Ladies singles : Best of 3 - 501 Men's, Ladies and Mixed Pairs : Best of 3 - 601 Triples : Best of 3 - 801
In all competitions, if replacements are required then a member of the committee MUST be contacted no later than 48 hours before the game. Replacements will only be allowed if the player replacing HAS NOT been entered into the SAME competition. COMMITTEE APPROVAL IS A MUST AS ALL PLAYERS WILL BE CONTACTED. ALL DECISIONS ARE FINAL.
The steward or reserve steward is responsible for running this competition on the night. If neither stewards are present then a replacement steward must be agreed between all present competitors.

ALL COMPETITIONS: Once a game has been lost, one of the losing players is expected to "chalk" the next game.
