A Bedspread, made from two kinds of patterns.

They are really wonderful, easily memorized & very fast to work up! Skill Level: advanced beginner Finished measurement: 182 Motifs (13 x 14) are required to make spread measuring about 195cm x 210cm, excluding border. Each Motif measures about 15cm x 15cm. You can increase or diminish the size by making more or less motifs. Materials: Bulgarian cotton yarn. Use any kind of yarn necessary to obtain the size of the motif Crochet hook: 2.00 mm Abbreviations ch(s) chain(s) dc double crochet rep repeat rnd round RS right side sc single crochet sl st slip stitch st(s) stitch(es) tog together WS wrong side * repeat instructions after asterisk as specified Chart 2

Join squares together the way you like. I joined them when crocheting the last round of each square. This is the way I join the squares. Join with sc /the arrows show only where to connect the two motifs/

Finishing When all of the squares are joined together crochet 6 final rows to the 2 sides of the bedspread to give the finished touch. 1-st row: RS 3 dc as a 1st dc, 3dc, 8ch, 4dc, 8ch, repeat to the end. 2-nd row: WS- 3ch as 1st dc, 3 dc,*4ch, sc to the chain of the previous road, 4ch, 4 dc*repeat from* to the end of the row. 3-d row: RS - the same as the 1st row 4-th row: WS- the same as the 2nd row 5-th row: RS - the same as the 1st row 6-th row: 9sc, *3ch, 14sc*, repeat from to the end of the row
