BAC MINUTES No. 13, SERIES OF 2012 MINUTES OF THE BAC MEETING HELD AT THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN SESSION HALL, LAST 2 MAY 2012 AT 10:25 OCLOCK IN THE MORNING. ATTENDANCE: PresentNancy A. Abina BAC Secretariat Head The meeting started at 10:25 A.M. with a call to order by the BAC Vice-Chairman. The presence of a quorum was determined after the checking of attendance. The reading of the journal of the 25 April 2012 meeting was read and was considered approved since there were no corrections made in the minutes of the previous BAC meeting. The order of the agenda for this meeting was read out, to wit: 1. Purchase Requests submitted for the week: a. Mayors Office - for the following purchases i. Meals amounting to Php 6,500.00 (MDRRMO); ii. Meals amounting to PhP 31,200.00 (MDRRMO); iii. Motorcycle amounting to PhP 49,900.00 (MENRO); iv. T-shirts amounting to PhP 24,000.00. 2. Other matters. The first agendum for this meeting, the purchase requests submitted for the week, was discussed by the body. All these purchase requests were recommended by the BAC for shopping using Section 52, 1.b. of the revised IRR of RA 9184. These will be submitted for PhilGEPS posting and canvass only after the BAC had issued the necessary BAC resolutions and approved by the Mayor. For the other matters, none were discussed.
