Dear Ms. Cecile,

This is with regard to the unfortunate incident that occurred last night pertaining to
the sub-pal wine which we delivered and which you personally recommended to
one of your patrons. I would first like to express our appreciation for bringing the
matter immediately to our attention. I would also wish to extend our profuse
apologies for this. We have informed our supplier and has confirmed that ,indeed,
this batch of wines should have not been delivered to distributor like us in the first
place due to some quality wines. Rest assured that we will rectify the matter
immediately.

We sincerely hope that this would not in anyway hamper our good business
relations. Should you wish to, please do let us know if you have something in mind
on how to speedily and fully resolve this matter.
