    Terms & Conditions: A. 50% down payment upon acceptance and/or approval of the contract proposal. B. 20% partial payment should be given upon completion of deliveries of items per phase. C. 25% partial payment should be given upon completion of the project. D. 5% full payment after one completion of the project. E. Building permits, Clearances & other legal documents should be shouldered by the Owner. F. Electrical consumption fee used in the project should be paid by the Owner. G. Other phase of work not specified in the contract proposal shall not be included. H. Any adjustment in the scope of work & other change orders shall be negotiated between the Owner and the General Contractor.
