UPDATE AT THE VILLAS


PARKING
Parking continues to be a problem at the Villas. Please remind your guests they are to use the VISITOR PARKING and not park in the street. And please remember that OWNERS are NOT to park in the visitor parking. We will be TOWING vehicles without notice if the rule is continually being violated by the same individuals.

SPRING CLEAN UP
The Board and management will be doing the spring walk around in the next few weeks. If you have anything that is in need of repair that is the responsibility of the Association, please email to service@sueclarkrealestate.com so we can get it on the list of things to do.

TRASH CANS
Many owners continue to leave trash cans outside of their unit past trash pick up day. This is against the Rules and Regulations and is subject to a fine being assessed. Your cooperation is appreciated. COMMUNITY GARAGE SALE JUNE 4th, 2011

SERVICE REQUESTS
Sue Clark Real Estate Services, to better service the homeowners at the Villas, has implemented a system in which to request nonemergency maintenance requests. For those of you with email service please email your request to service@sueclarkrealestate.com Please identify your unit, the issue and a telephone number that you can be reached. You will receive a follow up email. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours of your request (during business hours) please call service at 222-3191 Ext. 203.

2011 BOARD MEETING CALENDAR


In conjunction with 2010 Iowa Acts, Senate File 2224, the Board of Directors for the Villas of Meredith Pointe announce the Associations Board meetings for 2011 as follows: June 12th, 2011 September 11th, 2011 November 13th, 2011 Meetings will be held the offices of Sue Clark Real Estate 1820 NW 118th St., Ste 110, Des Moines, IA 50325 at 6:00 p.m. Following is the meeting agenda: Call to Order Review Agenda Homeowner Concerns Minutes Approved from Previous Meeting Treasurers Report Old Business New Business Adjournment Should you have any questions regarding the meetings or wish to be placed on the Agenda please contact our property manager Sue Clark at sue@sueclarkrealestate.com or 515-222-3191 Ext. 201. Cancellation of meetings is possible without notice. Prior to attending a meeting you may want to inquire in advance.

COMMUNITY GARAGE SALE


We have had many inquiries regarding GARAGE SALES. To avoid having our neighbors being disturbed every weekend with individuals having garage sales..it was suggested we select two weekends each year.for 2011 the dates are:

June 4, 2011 September 10, 2011


Please note that garage sales ARE NOT PERMITTED any other time of the year. Violators could be fined $100 for each violation. Owners will be responsible for their own ads and signage.
