    How to use Microsoft Office PowerPoint


    1. part First of all you must have office pack installed on your computer. Office pack has parts: Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel... I am going to write about PowerPoint because I think this tool is very important for some demonstration or just in lecture. 2. part Part of Office pack that is called PowerPoint is used for making presentations about something you must introduce to someone. It helps you to give them information about your project. You open PowerPoint and then you add slides and to this slides you can change color, font, you can put pictures, sounds or video 3. part Advantages of using this tool are: if you forget what you need to tell on a meeting you just see a sentence on a presentation and you are back in a game. Presentation is used for easier following of speech, for example if you did not hear something you just see on a presentation. 4. part Presentation are used more and more in schools and faculties. Almost every lecture has got its presentation on a board.
