Job design: Job design is defined as the process of deciding on the content of a job in terms of its duties and responsibilities, on the methods to be use3d in carrying out the job,in terms of techniques and system and procedures. Job enlargement: Job enlargement involves expanding the no. of tasks or duties assigned to a given job. Job enlargement is naturally opposite to work simplification. Job enrichment: The most popularly advocated structural technique for increasing an employees motivational potential is job enrichment. To enrich a job, management allows the worker to assume some of the tasks executed by his supervisor.
