Point to be Consideration before starting the 3D-Model, Assembly& Drawing

1) New model start with correct start template of pro/e wildfire3.0 2) Correct naming as per Hero Part no. & bicycle code guideline. 3) All parameters & relation need to fill correctly in the part & Drawing. 4) Once part named it shall not be rename because Intralink interpret as Ghost object & it will not checked in PDM. 5) Part shall be fully parametric & easily modifiable so that if it required any modification that can be done in short period of time or lesser time. 6) Copy geometry or references from other model or assembly are not allowed. 7) Start with proper references (Point, axis, plane etc.) 8) Start with proper Sketched & Skelton in assembly.

9) Every sketch shall be fully constrained & it shall not be more that 8 dimensions. 10)Parent child relation shall be maintain appropriate way or sequence like extrude, revolve, hole, Draft, round, chamfer& Set datum(Plane or axis as required). 11) Section of the model or assembly shall be appropriate. 12) Drawing shall be in scale of 1:1. Detailed view may be 2:1 or bigger scale for better clarification. 13) For drawing creation need to use proper drawing template of Hero Cycle. 14) Welding of pipes shall be proper with correct mitring; it shall not be interfere with each other. 15) Selection of pipe shall be proper as per tube chart standard. 16) GD&T shall be applying in part & sub assembly level in proper way so that part shall not create trouble in main assembly. 17) Welding symbol, Note to be put correctly in the drawings. 18) Fasteners, Screws, nut, washers, & other standards parts are to be used only Hero Cycle standard .It should not be own created or designed.
