i. President
a. E-Board Meeting – people losing voting rights (sign attendance sheets), CAACURH
updates, Holiday dinner (New Business), Fundraising (details later), Leadership retreat
- hall council mandatory (will keep posted).
ii. Vice President
a. Programming – forum – Senate Weekend – talk about all the programming ideas on the
forum
b. Toys for Tots – bring toys next week, donate as RHA
iii. National Communication Coordinator
a. CAACURH – report – move tables – enhances RHA – talk about in Power Point –
showed roll call video.
b. Website – forum and ticketing system
1. Discussed the effectiveness of the global email for the ticketing system.
2. Mike Lawson – possibly put instructions on the global email for how to use the
forum.

1. What school impressed you the most that did things differently than NJIT?
a. Right State U in Ohio – programs innovative.
i. A club on campus, got everyone out dancing. Advertised as dance
part. Incident happened at the dance party – girl winds up
convulsing, public safety, investigation. Say what you just saw was
an act. Used to teach about date rape.
b. University of Miami – advertising.
c. University of Akron – most award bids, innovative programs. – diversity
program – passport around the world – participate – cultural event every
night – stamp passport. People who had completed the passport – big
prize. Each little event had food.
d. Which schools had the most effective RHAs?
1. Most effective – trial and error, ones who tried the hardest.

a. Flyers – hung up today or tomorrow in GDS

a. Redwood – having winter social meeting with Cypress today at 9:30

a. Redwood – no new programs, no meeting tomorrow

a. BGA – nothing new
b. NRHH – decided on new inductees last night, next meeting next semester
c. Green Team – start tabling soon about Green Team

a. Programming – put imput onto the forum on weekend ideas.
b. Food – email – all meetings postponed until after Thanksgiving – use ticketing system
as a basis.
c. Fundraising – E-board planning fundraiser – details soon.

i. PRO – 2nd flyer – publicity meeting last week, flyer done. Hung up today or tomorrow.

i. Bob Moran – Holiday Dinner – unused flex to have holiday dinner – people’s opinion? –
wrapped up gifts raffle ticket system. Ideas? 5 min discussion: extra flex and you buy yourself a
holiday dinner. Secret Santa.

iii. Pres – awesome topic to mention on forum.

iii. Ken – RAs, updates on what to do before leaving for winter break. Redwood – scavenger hunt –
educational social. Lounge 9:15 PM.
iv. Jamal – says to close blinds when you leave – mold, darkness.
