Splitter Punching Tools - Tristar Plus

3-fold splitter punch and die Made in Germany by ALFRA

Punch system with splitter punch for stainless steel (F = 600 N/mm2) and
mild steel (F = 370 N/mm2).
Operation:
By means of a hydraulic device like Compact puncher, hand, foot or an
electrohydraulic pump. Hand operation is partly possible.
Suitable for stainless steel (F = 600 N/mm2) sheets of thickness:
2.0 mm with screws 11.1 mm
2.5 mm with screws 19 mm.
Pre-drilling: Screws 11.1 mm: at least 11.3 mm

Screws 19.0 mm: at least 19.5 mm

n Apply grease to tension screws! Metal lubricating paste protects from

wear and seizure.
n For hand operation, tension screws with ball-bearings (BB) have to be
used > see below.
n Accessory (tension screws, pre-drill, ...).
