    Instructions for Applying Online 1. Click on Server 2 on the website http://estates.nic.in. 2.

    Click on the Region/ City where you wish to apply.

    3. Those applicants who could not print their finalised application forms can print it by clicking PRINT YOUR FINALIZED APPLICATION. Enter the Application No. and PIN No. and Click on Print. 4. Rest of the Applicants should click AUTOMATED SYSTEM OF ALLOTMENT. a. Those applicants who have got the Login ID and Password issued from Directorate of Estates should login and click on Applications Apply Online. b. Those applicants who are yet to get login ID and password but have the registration no. issued by Directorate of Estates, need to register for login ID by clicking Login ID request. Select Yes when asked Are you already registered with Directorate of Estates?. c. Fresh applicants who do not have login ID or registration no. issued by Directorate of Estates need to register for login ID and password by clicking Login ID request. Select No when asked Are you already registered with Directorate of Estates? Fill the form and submit it.
