The clients parents verbalized 1st time niyang nagseizure eh, minsan sinisipon lang siya kapag malamig at sinisipon. Masiglang bata naman yan , kapag walang sakit yan masigla yan at mahilig maglaro.

History of present illness:

A febrile Left sided seizure Wala na man siya lagnat,ubo, o sipon. Noong January 19, umaga matamlay na siya. Noong tanghali noong 1:05pm habang natutulog bigla siya nagseizure mga 20-30 sec yon, tapos umangat yung kaliwang kamay at paa niya habang nangyayari yon. Pagkatapos nun suka na siya ng suka kaya dinala na naming sa ospital. Unang beses niya mag seizure.

Family History:
Ang tita niya may history ng seizure noong nakaraang taon dahil sa sakit sa puso. Siya lang ang may ganoong sintomas sa amin. History of present illness January 19, 2013 at 1:05 pm when he was sleeping he showed signs of seizure. The food that he ate was also vomited. The parents said that the patient was a febrile when they went to the emergency room. His left extremities were the affected part. His seizure lasts 20-13 seconds according to the parents. That was his first seizure. Parents sister had similar seizure according to his father caused by her heart ailment. The child had no headache and typically had common colds due to cold weather.
