February 23, 2013 Dear HGNC Gardening & Supporting Members, This letter is to let you know it is time for all HGNC members to renew your membership for the 2012 year. All of you who have a gardening bed have until March 31, 2013 to renew in order to keep your bed this year. Enclosed is a copy of our two types of Membership Agreement forms. Please select the one that applies to you, complete. The annual membership fee which is $30.00 for Gardening members (plot) and $20.00 for Supporting members(non-plot). At this low price, you receive an assigned planting bed; free seeds and plants; use of garden gloves, plant stakes, large and small garden tools; and free mulch and dirt for your bed. Also enclosed are copies of our Mission Statement as a refresher for you and the list of our Standing Committees. Gardening and Supporting members are required to serve on at least one committee. Please indicate your committee selection on the membership form, sign and date it, then return it with your membership fee to me at: 5111 Pulaski Ave., Phila., PA 19144 or email forms and pay through Pay Pal (www.hansberrygarden.com).
