Senser: senser used here is an optocoupler .its out put is infrared light. Photo diode: The detecter is this one which convert infrared light into photo current Microcontroller; 89c52 is used programming in keil .each actions take place on corresponding clock pulse Latch: darlington pair is used to increase current gain Decoding circuit :decode the microcontroller instructions and given to latch DAC: DAC0808 is used to produce analog out put to relay pots provided to adjust voltage Adjustable rgulater LM 317 IS USED It is for Internal current limiting and area compensation This adjusted voltage is given to relay to test various relay parameters like pullin voltage pull through voltage etc Working: optocoupler senses and convert to infrared light and photo diode convert it to photo current . microcontroller through program given particular dac out put voltage as per the program through interfacing to the relay circuit and set contact voltages for automatic testing of relay parameters without human intervention Algoritham : not understand so not include..
