    " All faculty members and students, interested in HR and OB are invited to the meeting. In particular those, who had attended the HR Research Summit1 on 5th November 2012 and had chosen to work on one or more Research areas must participate in the meeting to listen to the Reports, prepared by the various groups. The following mentors will be present: 1. Dr T V Rao - Chairman - T V Rao Leaning Systems Pvt. Ltd. 2. Prof . Imon Ghosh - Director , Academy of HRD, and 3. Shri M V S Murthy - VP and Head, HR & LD, FVRL Technology Services ( Future Group)
    The names of Members of various Teams and the names of the Mentors were put up on the GTU website on 12th December 2012. Subsequently, a mail was sent to all the team members from the Champion- HR Skills Council - GTU , Dr Trupti S Almoula , proposing that all members co-ordinate with each other and prepare a proposed draft of Research Proposal. At the meeting of 2nd February 2013, the team members will be able to seek the guidance of the Mentors. Message to Team members: Please keep your proposal ready for presentation ( PPTs) and please come prepared so that we can make progress under the guidance of our Mentors. You may also invite other faculty members and students of HR who could not attend the HR Research Summit.

    GTU Skills Council on Human Resource Studies & Organizational Structures (GTU- CHRSOS) had organized a Research Summit on People Management and Organization Development Needs of Indian Industry with special reference to Gujarat on 5th November 2012.
