Dear Sir This is in reference to subsequent discussion held with Mr. Jayantakar (JT.G.M) and Mr. Sachan regarding above cited subject, we would like to inform you that as per the discussion we had spoken with OFB help desk number and discussed the same and they have intimated us that problem is from factory side. As they have not given approval for participation due to which respond button is not coming. We would like to inform you that, we are the O.E. manufacturer of the above cited subject item and supplied approx. 800 nos. to Ordnance Factory Dehradun duly cleared by ADRDE, Agra. We are interested in participating for the same but due to some problem in E-Tender system we are unable to participate. We once again request you to kindly look into the matter and help in resolving the issue from factory side by concerning eproc helpdesk. Also extend the tender opening date. Kindly do the needful at your end. However we had already sent VRR form duly filled and enclosed all the relevant documents for Registration/Renewal of our Registration Certificate.
