    Dear Members, My name is Marc Roumy. I am a candidate for Component Trustee.

    Since you all lead busy lives, I will briefly outline why I should be elected as a Trustee. The role of a trustee is to verify that our Union dues are spent according to its bylaws, constitution and the will of its membership. It is an important oversight in the checks and balances of its operation. I have been a Component Trustee for two terms; if elected, this would be my third consecutive term. As a Trustee, I have completed four component trustee audits. While working on these audits, I worked with two other trustees. I am a team player who can work easily with others, and in a timely fashion find consensus and common ground over any difference that might arise. Moreover, I am a conscientious worker who takes great care in being accurate and thorough at any task. Thank you for considering me as your Component Trustee. Yours truly, Marc Roumy
