Task(s), indicating the P, M, D criteria reference. Create an A4 worksheet that can be handed out to each pupil. The worksheet will explain how to complete a test for each component of fitness. Then prepare an additional fitness test report highlighting specific advantages and disadvantages of specific tests. Handout.(P1)This will describe one test for each component of physical fitness as well as an explanation of the advantages and disadvantages of fitness testing in general.
