Pre-Payment Penalties

Late payment charges are Rs.1,000 or 20% of the installment amount, whichever is higher. Property Insurance charges are 0.05% which are deducted on yearly basis.

Balloon Payments equal to at least 3 installments are allowed once in 6 months without any penalty.

Referral Process
Step 1

Customer visits branch and is interested in availing Home Loan.

Step 2 The branch manager will forward the lead to Afaq Qazi Product Manager Secured Assets. Afaq email address is: AFAQ.QAZI@ABNAMRO.COM

Step 3 The Product Manager will forward the referral to National Sales Manager Home Finance and will also update the branch manager that referral has been forwarded to the concerned stakeholder.
