Types of Risk: Personal Injury / Health & Safety / Damage to equipment / Halting Production
Risk Type PERSONAL INJURY Details of Risk Actor becomes ill, dehydration, hurting themselves during performance Ways to minimise risk Make sure everyone feels fit to shoot on the day, bring food and water as the shoot could take a couple of hours, bring contact details and phones. Tape cables to floor, make sure to turn lights off when they are not in use take extra care when packing them away as they can be very hot (cool down), make sure they are assembled properly. Make sure everyone is aware of where the equipment is placed and to take extra care when moving around the set, have a person in charge of different pieces of equipment. Check weather forecast prior to shoot, book shoot in advance/make sure everyone needed is available on date. Person(s) Responsible Myself/Crew/Actors
