Relative Clauses
is the use of commas. Defining commas have never before or after them
The relative pronouns that we can use in Defining Relative Clauses are:
WHO
For talk about people Example: He is the man who lives next door
(l es el hombre que vive en la puerta de al lado)
In english its correct use WHO as subject of a verb and WHOM like a object. We use WHOM instead of WHO after the prepositions like: TO, OF, FOR, WITH, etc.
Examples
WITH WHOM. Con quien. FOR WHOM. Para quien. FOR WHOM DID YOU ORGANIZE THE PARTY?
Para quien organizaste la fiesta?
The pronoun THAT could substitute to WHO and WHICH. Example: He is the man who / that I met Example: This is the photo which / that shows my house.

We helped the mother who/ that was screaming. We could not help the other one.
Ayudamos a la madre que estaba gritando. No pudimos ayudar a la otra.
The children that initiated the game won and the others lost.
Los nios que iniciaron el juego ganaron y los otros perdieron.
The fence that had just been painted was photographed by the tourists.
La cerca que estaba recin pintada fue fotografiada por los turistas.
Pick up the red tie that is the finest, not the one that is so old.
