1. Utthita hasta padangusthasana D: a. Right Leg: Stand straight. Put your hands on your hips. Shift your weight onto your right foot. Lift up your left foot as indicated on this poster. Keep both legs straight. b. Left Leg: Stand straight. Put your hands on your hips. Shift your weight onto your left foot. Lift up your right foot as indicated on this poster. Keep both legs straight. 2. Tree Pose:

a. Right Leg: Stand straight. Shift your weight onto your right foot. Bring the sole of your left foot up to the inner thigh of your right leg with your toes pointing downwards. Raise your arms above your head and keep your palms together. b. Left Leg: Stand straight. Shift your weight onto your left foot. Bring the sole of your right foot up to the inner thigh of your left leg with your toes pointing downwards. Raise your arms above your head and keep your palms together. 3. Warrior 3 Pose: a. Right Leg: Raise both arms over your head with your palms facing each other. Move your left leg backwards and lean forwards so that your raised leg and body are parallel to the floor. b. Left Leg: Raise both arms over your head with your palms facing each other. Move your right leg backwards and lean forwards so that your raised leg and body are parallel to the floor.
