Jog

to your position

Get

set in the position on the balls of your feet

Step 4
Charge

the ball with your glove on the ground

Step 5
Apply

the throwing hand above the glove when the ball reaches

Step 6
Bring

the ball and glove up to the stomach

Step 7
Angle

your body to the base your throwing to

Step 8
Take

the ball out of the glove

Step 9
Point

the glove to the target, step and throw

Step 10
Follow

your throwing hand across to the opposite side of the body
