The over labels are to be affixed to the RF Generator, TG-2B-UPG part ID, and Output Power areas.     After successfully upgrading an NXT to a CPT, including all hardware and software, relabeling is required. 1. Inside the Software Upgrade Kit, p/n UPG-2G-TB you will find three over labels including: RF Generator, p/n 42812 (A) TG-TB-UPG part ID, p/n 42813 (A) Power output, p/n 42842 (A) 2. Affix the RF Generator over label and TG-2B-UPG over label as shown Before After

    3. Affix the Output Power over label as shown Before After

    p/n 42842 (A) Output Power label

    4. Sign and date this form. Return to Solta Medical by folding and including with the returning, completed IFU software upgrade form, in the self addressed envelope included in the Software Upgrade package (see p/n 10204-2.0.4, Software Upgrade and IFU form 42798 Software Upgrade Procedure/Form).
