SPRING WEIGHT LOSS

9-week Weight Loss Challenge PAGE MILL YMCA


March 20 - May 17
Devote nine weeks to your body, your weight loss goals and your overall health with this Weight Loss Challenge. Its all about you and includes: fitness assessments, group and one-on-one training, nutrition counseling, rugged boot camp-style workouts to build strength and kick up your fat-burning ability. Take charge of your fitness and health this spring.

Weekly Workouts

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays


7:00 - 8:00 am or 6:30 - 7:30 pm Choose to attend two or three times a week FEES: 2x/week Facility Member $160 Non Member $240 3x/week Facility Member Non Member $240 $360

MANDATORY NUTRITION TALK & WEIGH-IN


Participants MUST attend either dates: March 20, 6:30 - 7:30 pm March 22, 7:00 - 8:00 am
