1 KNOWN ISSUES LIST

Dear Valued Customer, This document describes the known, unresolved Infor MyDay issues that are not corrected in v1.1.1. This document will be reissued as these issues are updated or others found. Users removed from Security Security module is installing with Logging set to DEBUG Infor ERP LN 6.1 FP5 Unsupported Role Metrics and Reports The sections below summarize each issue.

Users removed from Security

An error results in all applications when the user does not have permission to view content. The user can sign on to the application, but after clicking a tab, the user receives this message. Error from Tomcat1 - Stdout log....... If you then check Infor Security, the user is no longer listed. Then, if you attempt to verify that the Accounting Entities are created in Public MDM, you can no longer sign in to Public MDM. If you go to Infor Security, the DEM and DCA users and any other users that you created are no longer displayed in the list of users. If you encounter this issue, call Infor Customer Support.

Security module is installing with Logging set to DEBUG

Debugging has been turned on in security and the logs become very large during the installation process.
To turn off DEBUG, complete these steps. 1 2 In the Tomcat folder where you deployed Infor Security, locate the /tomcat/webapps/Security/WEB-INF/classes file. In this file, edit the log4j.xml as follows: In line 15, change the value to INFO as described below.

Not all Metrics and Reports in these Roles are supported at this time. Please refer to solution 234760 for a table of those not currently supported.
