1. What was your first reaction when reading the title of the story? (4 sentences) I thought she really died. She must have been only 12. I wondered how her parents felt. I realized she probably didnt actually. 2. After reading the story, what does the author really mean when she writes that she died in the sixth grade? Did she really die? basically had a dress code made up and others who wanted to be in the crew followed it. The crew were the most popular girls in school. 6.
