    DISTRIBUTION Labors claims in today's Adelaide Advertiser that the Coalition have plans to change to the distribution of GST that will make South Australia worse off are wrong and have been ruled out as recently as twice this week by Tony Abbott in the Federal Parliament. The fact is that it was the Labor Government that launched a review into the GST distribution arrangements and the Gillard government still hasn't responded to it. The Coalition has ruled out making the smaller states worse off and any claims to the contrary are wrong and simply another example of desperate Labor spin. In contrast, Julia Gillard, Wayne Swan and Penny Wong have not ruled out reallocating the GST received by South Australia. [ENDS]
