Roles & responsibilities:


Responsible for selling and marketing of Anti Diabetes and hypertension
pharmaceutical drugs. Performs one-on-one meetings with pharmacist, doctors and wholseller. Monitors the supply of drugs as well as inform doctors, pharmacist of the forthcoming changes Introduces new products of the organization. Visits hospitals to meet with doctors to persuade them to purchase the products. Compiles data on requirement and supplies products required by customers. Maintains good relationship with doctors Pharmacist as well as develops contacts with people in the medical world. Worked as Sales & Purchase Assistant with an END USER in the environment of SAP SD & MM module from DEC-2009 to April 2011 with ESSAR PROJECTS INDIA LTD.

Roles & responsibilities:


Purchase:

Generate the PO in SAP through customized T-codes with reference to the concerned Purchase Request upon the User requirement and procure the martial for particular client. Purchase of Capital goods, Spares, Customized Items, Chemicals, Tools, Hardware Items, Instrumentation and Electrical Items, Computer Peripherals by floating Inquiry. Off-shore Procurement (Import) Negotiation for terms and conditions wit vendors & Formulate Agreements. Planning for Purchase depending on Criticality of Items Vendor Registration, Development. Regular follow up with account department for payment to vendor.

Sales & Accounting:

Creating Sales order in SAP through customized T-codes with reference to the concerned PO based upon the material received/physical vendor invoice for all the process of DTA Local/S.I.T(Sale in transit) Generating of customer invoice on the basis of outbound delivery in SAP. Generating of customer Sales invoice for (S.I.T., LOCAL, IMPORT material) in SAP on the basis of LR, DC & Bill of Leading. Checking whether the FI accounting document is generated for the respective sales invoices individually. Printing of customer invoice and delivery challan and submit to respective client on weekly basis.

Coordinating with Vendor, Client, Stores (DTA&SEZ), Purchase Dept. & as well as H.O.
