    The cable operators in Girgaon area have been facing several problems over the last four years that are negatively impacting their cable service business. Customers are complaining about channels being closed on HD set-top boxes and some channels freezing. They have also had issues with Letine set-top boxes installed for some customers that have not been resolved. The logical channel numbers and electronic program guide are also changing frequently, disturbing customers. Some channels in the Zee package are closed as well. The cable operators are requesting that Digi Space Network address these complaints in order to maintain their good relationship and not lose more customers to DTH services.

    Respected Sir,

    We all cable operators in Girgaon area are truly dependent on your company for our cable service since last four years. But now we all are facing so many problems which are badly affecting our service. Many of our customers are not even ready to pay our monthly cable rent. Some of them are shifting to DTH services. we are providing HD stbs to customers on their demand but many times many channels in that particular box are closed. Some of the channels are getting freeze. We have connected LETINE STBS to some of our customers. Since we installed LETIN STBS we are facing problem in that till today. One more important thing is LCNs are changing frequently. Also EPG is not working properly. Customers are disturbed due to that.

    Some of the channels in Zee package are also closed. Many our customers are having complaints regarding this. Some times you start new channels for all the customers and after some months you close those channels suddenly. Customers could not understand why is it happening. They started questioning us and we dont have any answers of their questions. I m writing this mail on behalf of all cable operators. Sir kindly pay attention to our complaints and please do the needful. We have good relationship with each other and we dont want to spoil it for such small reasons and oblige
