WANTED: We are down to one container of Chlorox wipes and could really use more. Thank you, Howard family, for your donation! As you know, Thomas Edison is caught up in March Is Reading Month excitement and Camp Cronce would like to say, THANK YOU to our Guest Readers Mrs. Pittman, Mrs. May, and Grandma Hansen! Ive invited our superintendent, Mr. Wollen, to come in, too! FYI: I will be attending the MACUL Technology Conference in Detroit on the 21 st and 22nd of this month. However, as I always tell my campers, whenever I leave the classroom, I always come back with really cool stuff! ABSENCES: When you child is absent, please be sure to call the Absence Line at 984-6507 and report it. It lets me know to prepare your childs missed work, as well as prevents the office staff from having to call your home. If you would like the missed work to be sent home with another student (sibling/neighbor), you can say so in your message on the Absence Line. Work that has been missed in class can be done as your child is able. Obviously, our number one priority is getting your child healthy again! I would focus on getting the homework turned in on time and doing the missed class work as your child feels up to it. We do a lot in a six-hour day, but dont feel compelled to turn the work in the next school day. I hope this clears up any questions, but if you have any further, please let me know. Weve had a lot of absences lately (thus the need to keep Camp Cronce stocked up on those Chlorox wipes! Ha ha! ) Looking forward to the week ahead, Mrs. Cronce www.protopage.com/mrscronce
